You get Ted Lasso, a heart-warming, redeemable, mustachioed man with a charming southern drawl and a reservoir of patience. Although his character speaks for itself, his knowledge of proper “football” does not. In this delightful Apple TV+ original series, Ted Lasso grapples with connecting to a sport and characters positioned against him, but gracefully finds his way forward.
